How To Prevent Sagging Of Breasts?

My breast are very saggy I feel it s bcoz of my hectic routine, keeping weight in control how can have firm breast plz suggest some medicine. I m not pregnant nor planning anymore . I m mother of 3 kids . My problem is not to have big breasts but firm and full looking. I m not Breastfeeding. Thanks

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Sagging of breasts could occur due to loose connective tissue beneath and large breasts.
There are no medications to prevent it from sagging. You can give only supportive measures for it to be kept in position by wearing appropriate inner wear.
However, if this issue is bothersome for you, you can go for breast reconstructive surgery. Kindly consult Plastic surgeon in this regard for appropriate evaluation and management.
