Hello, Welcome to HCM,
The history and symptoms are suggestive of severe fungal infection, you requires physical examination to know the extent and spread of fungal infection.
This area is prone for fungal infection as it is a normal commensal ofrhe genital which are kept under control by helpful organism. Whenever there is a change in environment it will activate and produces the symptoms.
For your symptoms I would suggest you to undergo KOH mount to know the hyphe and we can plan for the treatment.
You can keep the area clean and dry. Apply antifungal cream over the lesions along with antihistamines to reduce the symptom of itching. Thank you.
