i get throat infection very often. most of the time the doctors say its a sinus infection and the mucus drain on the back of my throat causing an infection. is there something i can do on a regular basis to prevent this? i dont want to take antibiotics ans steroid shots anymore.
Hi, It seems that you might be having upper respiratory tract infection. This might be due to, Chronic sinusitis, Allergy to dust, dumpy atmosphere, Some irritating food, Take vicks vapor inhalation. Avoid cold drinks, fried, chillies and junk food. Avoid dusty atmosphere. Ok and take care.
