I would recommend a 3 time daily check on your blood glucose levels to find any discrepencies or fluctuations that can result in weakening or the presentation explained by you. Also a thyroid profile may be required, speak to your doctor about the same. If you can check your blood glucose levels at home when you feel this way and write back to me or report to your doctor.
