How To Prevent Weight Gain While On Nur-Isterate Contraceptive Injection?

Hi I am currently using nur-isterate contraceptive injection, is it normal to have periods every two months? I have also read that one of the side effects of using the injection is gaining weight. How can I prevent the weight gain besides exercising since am already doing that? Kind Regards Anonymous

I really appreciate your concern, if the hormone medicine being taken then it may cause irregular menses and weight gain too, although weight gain not being proved but it is being seen practically, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
