How To Proceed With This MRI Scan Result While Suffering From Pain In Spinal Cord?

Dear sir, when I was in college 2006 I fall down from college auditorium stage which is above 15 feet height due to this I had an surgery in 2007 in l4 l5 spine disc post surgery till last April 2015. I didn t had any complaint regarding pain or something like this but in mid march 2015 I met with an minor accident while I was driving my scooter from there on I have pain from spinal cord to right buttocks and right leg completely after consult with neuro specialist he suggest me to take mri scan based on mri report status is 1, sacralisation in l5 vertebra , 2, post laminectomy changes in l4 , l5.based on this report doctor said u should go for surgery same place 2 nd time since I was keen in that i consult another neuro specialist ithey one he suggested to get 20 days bed rest and take only medicines and injection post this course he will suggest whether surgery is needed or it can cure in medicines pls suggest me am really confused in this whether to proceed surgery and allopathy treatment or I should try ayurveda or accupressure treatment for this.

Hello Welcome to HCM.Pain radiation indicate s ,ther is compression of pain at l4,l5 level.Also mri tells ther is fusion of last lumbar with first sacrum and changes at the above said levels.if the symptoms are very bad or progressing day by day.i suggest you to go for surgery,so that the nerves will be relived.Take care.Good health
