How To Proceed With This PvO2 Level While Treating Kidney Stones?

i recently had a visit to the ER for abdominal discomfort and back pain i was diagnosed with kidney stones and a flare up of gastgroparesis. i just got a notification on my medical chart online that my pvo2 level came back critical and that i need to contact my doctor for a follow up. what is this? and should i be concerned?

PVO2 level indicates oxygenation status of the organ of the body and low levels means that there is significant amount of low blood flow to particular organ of the body.
