How To Put On Weight?

Hello doctor. I am a 25 year old woman. My height is 160 cms and weight is 45 kgs. I have been trying to put on weight and nothing has worked out so far.. could you suggest a good and healthy diet plan? (including veg and non-vegetarian). My wedding is in January.. So, I really would appreciate any help!

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Weight gain requires the opposite of weight loss- you need to put more energy into your body than you put out with activity.

This means that your calorie input needs to increase and your energy output would need to decrease.
This can be achieved by increasing the frequency and caloric values of your meals (by increasing portion sizes and adding dressings/butter/oil)

I hope this helps
