How To Quit Cigarette Smoking?
I am trying to find a site for free patches to quit smoking. I tried cold turkey and I just can t do it that way. Just a little info about my self. I had breast cancer (but cancer free now), I have MS and rhumatoid arthritis and COPD. I ve smoked for over 40 years now and have tried several times to quit.

welcome to hcm ..please note that there are many drugs for weaning from smoking as venlexamine but usually the drugs are not successful alone person needs psychiatric counselling .that are effective face to face so please visit a deaddiction centre or meet a psychiatrist atleast once
