Firstly, I would like to say the drug you are taking is good but if you want to change it, I may suggest you have
Fluoxetine. Do not exceed 70-80 mg per day.
Secondly, for
smoking cessation, you can use
nicotine gum. If you think, there is no requirement for any replacement therapy of smoking, then, do not use anything.
It is best if you can program yourself without any medication. Fluoxetine may give your mind peace and positive emotions.
Take a deep sleep. If you have any disturbances in mind, you can also take some
psychological counseling.
Do some
yoga. Have good healthy foods. Enjoy the life. Watch movies. Practice your hobby. Take a trip with family.
