How To Quit Smoking?

Hi, my name is Nancy and a friend of my received free patches to help him quit smoking. He did great. I can t afford to pay full price but then again I can t afford my cigerettes either The thought of going cold turkey is really scaring me. I have high blood pressure and certainly don t want to risk that. How did he receive these.

Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that patches are not the best way to help you stop smoking. I cannot imagine how your friend took those patches for free, but maybe he has taken part in an experiment about those patches.

Anyway, I would recommend trying to reduce gradually the number of cigarettes that you take day by day.
Yoga or recreational sports can help you manage this situation too.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
