Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I wish to stop smoking to better my health because I am disabled . I have severe depression from all the pain I live with physically and mentally but my wife has become resentful of me not being able to work so she tries to isolate me and it hurts . I do want to quit smoking but my family is no help at all . Is it possible for me to stop smoking with all the stress I am trying to deal with at the same time ? Is there any hope for me in this endeavor ?
