How To Quit Smoking?
Hi. I had gone through your query. Sudden smoking cessation can lead to psychological and physical withdrawal symptoms. Bowel movement or constipation is common physical symptoms due to withdrawal phenomena.Symptomatic treatment can help. Dulcolax can also helpful. Anti craving agent can help to reduce craving like bupropion and nortryptiline. Regular follow up and motivational counseling are advisable. Consult psychiatrist for further help. Glad to help you further. Thank you.
