I quit smoking for 7 years and started back in May. I could use the excuse that I was under a lot of stress, but that is a cop-out. Both of my parents died of lung cancer. What are my chances of getting it now that I have started smoking again and if I quit now, will they go back down?
Hi dear smoking started again due to stress is your excuse as smoking not help you to relieve stress even increased the problem. and your parents died of lung cancer so if you continue smoking there are very high chance to have cancer in you. but if you quit it your chance of cancer diminished. so consult psychiatrist and quit and also counselling to cope up with stress. Thank you
