Hi. I am a 50 YO Male, and I have been smoking for 30 years, and it's time to quit. Stress is the only trigger that prevents me from quitting smoking. I have been diagnosed with MDD and GAD since I was 30. The medications I take are Escitalopram 30mg PO DAILY, Mirtazepine 30mg PO at HS, and Clonazepam 2mg PO at HS.
Hello It's good that your planning to quit smoking. You need to set a quit date and start reducing the no. Of cigarettes you smoke. Whenever you have craving use nicotine gums.
