How To Quit Tobacco?

I am eating pandharpuri tobacco mixed with limestone(chuna) from last 25 years.My consumption is one packet of Pandharpuri in a day .Recently I am feeling pain in left foot. I oil massage my foot
everyday.I also feel tingling sensation .I am desperate to quit tobacco but fail everytime Kindly advice.

Pandharpuri tobacco contain nicotine which is highly addictive. One packet per day indicate high amount of nicotine per day. You need to determined and motivated to quit tobacco use.

For timebeing you should reduce 10% of amount of tobacco use yourself every alternate day to minimize withdrawal. If you are not able to stop yourself then, for deaddiction you can meet nearby psychiatrist. In treatment anti-craving (like bupropion) and nicotine replacement therapy is helpful.
