How To Recover From RA In The Hands?

I was diagnosed with RA in my hands. But over the past few weeks when I lay down my right arm and right side of my neck getting a pulsating sensation or my right arm feels like my muscles are pulling even during the day. Is this just a side effect of RA?

Hello,

As this may not be a side effect but the effect of RA. RA is a joint moving inflammation. So if you are telling you are feeling a pulsating sensation in arms and neck muscles then this will be inflammation of the cervical spine joints. Having an RA test done will be good. Post that, taking the anti-inflammatory drug if the physician prescribes and also some exercises for the joint to stay mobile rather getting stiff. Physiotherapy will help you further for the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
