physiotherapy at home, alternate cold and warm therapy. always keep gel packs which can be ept in the freezer compartment for cold therapy. For warm, prepare a small bag rectangular shape 16" by 8" fill it with buck wheat or beans three forth. heat it in the oven whenever u want to use. heat according to how much heat u can bear. use cold therapy for 10 minutes followed by warm for 10 minutes. repeat 3 times daily to improve circulation. when u get up in the morning u will have more pain put ur hands under cold running water from a tap which eases movement.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your diagnosis is most likely rheumatoid arthritis. Anticcp2 is gold standard diagnostic test for that.Your RA factor and ESR is also at high level which indicate an active rheumatoid arthritis condition. You need a long term drug therapy and physiotherapy. With that you can get a remission. After you get remission you need to continue some drugs for not to get an exacerbation(attack of illness) again.A consultation with rheumatologist is well appreciated. If you dont have any rheumatologist then go for orthopedician.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
