How To Recover From Chikenguniya?

My mother who is 76 years of age contracted Chikengyniya today is the 10th day she has acute Joint Pains and is unable to walk , numbness in fingers and feels completely exhausted what diet and medication will help her restore to her vey active life that she has been leading She has no fever now and has absolute ly no apetite Pls advice

Thank you for the query,the symptoms she is experiencing is due to the post viral sequelae that can be reduced by taking anti inflammatory drugs and DMARDS which can be prescribed by a qualified physician.She need to take some anti oxidant and vitamin supplements to reduce the inflammation.The pain can be reduced by physiotherapy too.
