hello, i have tourettes syndrom and i have a tic that causes me to cross my eyes and what feels like im trying to make them roll behind my head, i was just wondering if its possible to cause major damage to my eyes because i already wear perscription glasses and can barely see out of my left eye. im worried that doing this for long periods of time will hurt my eyes or cause my vision to become majorly impaired
