How To Reduce SGPT And SGOT Levels While Suffering From Fatty Liver?

Doc my SGPT level is 52.6 and SGOT level is 33.2 i have type 1 Fatty lever and i am a patient of Hipper acidity and Acid Reflux. I dont drink and a non smoker. what i should do to reduce the SGOT AND SGPT levels. I am 70 years old. Ramachandran My Email id YYYY@YYYY

I understand your concern.
It is good to note that you are non-smoker and does not consume alcohol as these are risk factors for progression of fatty liver.
The values of SGPT is slightly higher than normal and SGOT is within normal limits, although towards the higher side.
Anyway, consume fat free diet and must avoid junk foods. Moderate exercise with reduction and maintaining weight is suggested. You need to take supplements containing lipotrophic factors and antioxidant supplements like Vitamin E, Selenium, Choline, Inositol, Methionine and Lipoic acid regularly.
Keep a check on the enzyme levels once in every 6 months. Lead a healthy life style.
