Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am overweight and have a lot of lower abdominal fat. For the past two days, it is hot, red, swollen and tender to the touch, The area involved is both sides of center where I have a C-section scar. The edges of this scar are very tender. Any ideas?
Previous to this, all of my skin was the same color, pale white.
Hello,Welcome to the HCM Brief...It could be allergy to that area of skin (contact dermatitis) Detail answer....Some time allergy on skin can cause itching, swelling and change of colour. It could be because of cloth you wear or any thing you are applying on your skin. You may use diphenhydramine lotion to relieve that symptom. For increased weight, have carbohydrates protein and small amount of fat proportion in morning and only proteins in the night.Do exercise for 45 minutes at least daily. You may ask further without hesitation. Regards,Dr.Maheshwari
