How To Reduce Ache In Arm Muscles?

My arm muscles in both arms ache a lot it s not really a pain n also my shoulders I work doing stock so I am lifting n carrying boxes but nothing thAt heavy so I thought it would b normal for them to hurt especially truck day but it doesn t seem to get any better days later non it bothers me to where I don t want to do anything even to type this bothered me

As per my clinical experience, the severe ache in arm muscles with difficulty to type is related to significant underlying patho. involving muscle, motor end plates or else. The most common is being auto immune procedure related to development of myositis with or without joint involvement. The presence of specific antibodies in the blood helps to diagnose it faster and manage accordingly.
