How To Reduce Belly Fat?

Hi Doctor,
my baby is now 14 month. He still breastfeeds occasionally, but my weight instead of going down is going up, i gained 15 pounds post pregnancy..and its more in belly area....i am worried..i want to know, what are the best ways to reduce belly fat

Yes, you are a bit anxious about your weight gain.Don't worry. Let me help you out.

Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.
That's all about the diet.

You can start walking for 15-20 minutes a day . That will keep you mentally and physically fit. I hope this helps.

The belly fat will take time to go away. Have patience.
