Dear Doc, I am Amith. I am looking forward to reduce my weight as earlier as possible. I have weight of 102 kg and height of 183 cm, and age 26 yrs. Actually what will be the correct weight of mine regarded with ma height. Can you please tell me some instructions and diet. Thanks Amith
yup surely considering your age and height the ideal weight you should have is around 83 kg (range 80-85 kgs). You are surly over weight & need to reduce few kgs. The weight reduction does not solely depends upon diet , if have to reduce the wight earliest exercises complimented with the proper diet will take care.
You must start running around 5 kms / day if not possible then at-least brisk walk for the same distance.(you should sweat). the detailed program of the exercises must be taken from proper instructor. And about diet you must avoid following things viz. oily foods, junk foods, cheese, butter, ghee, rice, chicken, mutton Include following things in your diet foods containing fibers, green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits ( this should constitute more than 60% of your diet ). You should get proper diet chart from dietitian which should consider your caloric requirement & can guide you accordingly.
