I have hanging fat between my legs and it is getting longer my stomach fat is hanging over also I probably have about fifty pounds of this I try to walk and ex cerise and I lose weigh but then I get real depressed and turn to food again I weigh 307 pounds now please tell me what I can do and if this hanging fat between my legs will get bigger thank you
Cut down your butter, cream, sugars, red meat, junk food etc. Take more of salads, veggie, fresh fruits. Start doing yoga and exercises daily for half an hour at least. You will see the change in 2 months.
