hello doctor, I am 25 and have been facing regular hairfall from only my scalp region. Sometimes there is irritation on my scalp and i tend to scratch. but it lasts only for a day. Now there is a noticible bald spot arising only on my scalp area...when i rub my hands trough my hair there is some white dust ( does not look like dandruff but i do have a little dandruff too )what do i do ? i am not sure if it is hereditary. I started loosing hair in college when i used to wear helmet often.
