How To Reduce Headache And Bump On Forehead?

Hi Doctor
I banged my head once on the stool and thrice on the wall during a fight on 19th of this month. I got a big bump on my forehead but now its smaller. However, I have been having a headache since that time and today I feel pukish. Please advise.
