How To Reduce Headache And Sore Throat?

18, 5 5 , 125-130 lbs. I woke up feeling like I got hit by a truck. Headache that extends to my neck and shoulders, sore throat, body aches, and reduced appetite. I took Tylonal this morning and it didn t relieve my headache or pains. 7 hours later I took Excedrine and it temporarily relieved my headache. I don t know if I have a fever.

Hi,

Noted your history of headache that relieved on taking Excedrine only. It contains Aspirin, caffeine and Paracetamol. Other symptoms of pains in neck, shoulder and so on can be due to an attack of flu that is viral infection.

You may please continue taking the same medication for 3 times a day after food preferably. Also, take a PPI like Omeprazole to avoid acidity due to Aspirin. If there is no complete relief then consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation and examination and to get a prescription based additional medications as per the clinical findings.
