How To Reduce Headache And Vomiting During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, My wife is now 10 weeks pregnancy, she is having headache from past 2 days, Yesterday around 9 pm she got fever with 100.6 F, She took Dolo 650 tablet, She get relief from fever, Today again around 5pm , she got fever with 101 F , she have continuous vomiting about 6 to 7 times , after vomiting , Her body temperature is completely normal, but she is suffering with severe headache. She is now with empty stomach, she is refusing food please advice.

I understand your concern.
Elevated body temperature to a level 101 indicates that some foreign particle is present in body such as bacteria,virus...
So i would advice you to get her undergo haemogram blood test...
Secondly not eating anything can worsen vomitting complains as well as headache..as empty stomach increases the stomach acid levels which can result in more nausea and headache..
so eat light food stuffs,fruits,antacid medications can be used..

And follow up with lab reports with a general physician with lab reports and do not forget to mention pregnancy while seeing a physician as some medications are avoided in pregnancy.
