Hello, I really appreciate your concern. Your wife can have any pain killer medicines for joint pain. If the pain is mild then she can take acetaminophen. For moderate to severe pain anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen can be used. Sometimes joint pains may be due to anti-TB medications themselves. So there is nothing to worry about it. Continue anti-TB medications regularly. It is the best practice to achieve disease free state in case of TB. Have high protein diet. Have fresh fruits and vegetables. Have vitamin supplements additionally to achieve more immunity against the disease. Hope my answer has solved your query. Take Care. Thank you.
