hi thanks for asking as you are concerned about your weight.....the following points will help you
1) take regular exercise or running not a simple walk for at least 1 hour
2) take plenty of water
3) take small and frequent meals
4) take green tea regularly
5) you can join a gym
when your weight is reduced your diabetes will be controlled very easily
