How To Reduce Pain At The Base Of Neck, Upper Arm And Elbow?

I am experiencing pain in my left shoulder, surrounding the scapula, also in front in the muscle below the shoulder bone. Electrical current running down my arm into the index finger and thumb. Constant pain at the base of my neck, moving into the upper arm and elbow. 3 rd week. Physio does not help - traction, ultrasound. Voltaren injection - no relief. Vit B intramuscular (3 shots) - no relief.

Hello welcome to HCM. The given information tells that there is nerve compression leading the said symptoms. Please get Xray of the vertebra after taking advice from the orthopaedician . This will rule out if the nerves are compressed between the vertebraes. If there is no abnormality in spine, then there is somewhere nerve compression in its course, which can be detected by performing various tests . for which you should take guidance from neurologist. What treatement you are taking is just symptomatic. The cause should be treated.
