General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello. Thanks for writing to HCM.
I read and understand your problem and try my level best to solve it.
As you are suffering from RA. First of all remove all stressful situations and relax your mind.
Focusing on pain make it worse , not better. Do something that can make you a happy and enjoy, also do activities that you like that keeps you busy and your mind diverted to other activities.
Use hot or cold to remove your pain. Also do massage for that.
You can also use acupuncture therapy.
I hope my advise will help you a lot.
Thanks and Regards.
