How To Reduce Pain In Leg, Ankle And Foot Caused Due To Injury?

I got hit in the loeer lart of my leg below my shin last week on wed. I have severe pain in my leg and my ankle and foot is completely bruised. I went to urgent care and they took an exay and all they told was to keep it elevated and ice. It is getting worse and the pain is also getting worse. What do i do?

Dear Friend
I would advice you to revisit trauma centre for reevaluation.
If no fracture is there , it might be a soft tissue injury.
You require a combination of pain killer and serritiopeptidase like Zynase-D, it will reduce the swelling and would help in healing.
Also if the wound has cut or it's open , antibiotics would be required for preventing cellulitis.
I advise you to discuss with your doctor my opinion.
