How To Reduce Soreness Behind The Ear When Diagnosed With Tinnitus?

Hi I have had tendons behind my left ear and under it sore for sevral years. I believe this links to swimming which I have now stiopped but the soreness remains years on. What is the treatment to releie the soreness? I also have mild tinnitus. Thanks YYYY@YYYY

Hi there.

This could indicate ear infection due to the swimming. Keep the ear clean. Apply warm wet cloth to the east twice a day. Take pain killers. Consult your ENT Doctor for the proper diagnosis and treatment.
