How To Reduce Stabbing Pain Below Breast?
Hi im 25 years old and am have had a pain just below the left breast that felt like a sharp stabbing pain and when I should stretch it used to make the pain worse. It would last between 2 - 10min at a time. That has more recently went away and now there is a uncomfortable weird feeling above that just behind my left breast. It comes and goes like the last pain even when doing nothing just like the last pain.

From history it seems that there might be having costo-chondritis giving this pain.
Take analgesic like Ibuprofen as needed.
Apply analgesic cream locally.
