How To Reduce Swelling After Salt And Ice Challenge?
Hi I just did the salt and ice challenge and all that s happened is it swelled. I didn t feel pain after but I put some calcimine lotion on and I feel like nothing happened, though I do feel scared because I have been reading about it online. Could you tell me how to make the swelling go down without any scaring ASAP please?

Please don't do this at all. You should have checked it online before doing it. now you have to wait for your body to heal it. Its just like burn albet a burn due to cold. Try putting oint Contractubex on it .It'll reduce the scarring.
