How To Reduce Swelling In Eye Caused By Bug Bite?

my 2 year old daughter eye was swollen when she woke up monday morning yesterday it looked worse so i took her to her doctor and she said it was just a bug bite and take benadryl. now today its looking progressivly worse and its the third day. i see no bite and have not been shown one. what do i do?
