How To Reduce Swelling In Testicle?

I ve been on antibiotics for a week now after being ill I had blood tests and they called me back and said I had signs of infections in my blood. The next day one of my tesricles Have swollen up and was admitted to hospital. They did scans but havnt recieved anything back but my testicle is still swollen please help?

Dear- thanks for using our service, I understand your concern about testicular inflammation. It is important to have treatment for infection in the blood because that can produce severe complications . This is what is called sepsis. You will need intravenous antibiotics and find out why they are swollen. You might have an infection in the testicles creating this problem.The ultrasound will help to determine if there is a cyst or mass in the testicles.
I recommend you bed rest,continue with the antibiotics and follow up the ultrasound results.
