General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

You are reporting to have swollen feet while having RBC in urine and kidney problems.
These kidney problems are causing swollen feet to you.

Once you treat them adequately, your feet will turn back to normal size too.

Meanwhile, I advise to :
- keep your feet raised especially when laying down
- avoid staying in standing position for too long
- limit salt intake

Wish fast recovery!
