How To Reduce The CPK Level In A Child Suffering With SMA?

Hello doctor my friend s son got identified as SMA (spinal muscular attrophy) at 3 yrs . confirmed after taking tissue sample biopsy report and blood test. Now he is 8 years . could not walk continously , cannot climb stairs , cannot sit and stand prperly. He is healthy and strong. He has taken pichikili and some ayurvedic massage in his 4 yrs old. No intake medicines still now. Navarai rice massage only done. His cpk level now is 3400. Before it is 1900 in 2013. And 1450 in 2011. He born in 2008. Please help us how to reduce the cpk level ? Since there is no allopathy medicine.

Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) is a genetic disorder which can be just managed with exercises and physiotherapy. There is no known treatment for the disease.
