How To Reduce The SGPT Level?

Hi. My brother sgpt level is quite high I.e 170. He has a medical in next 5 days for going abroad all the other hepatitis test were negative. Some time he complain pain at the upper side of lower abdomen he concerned the doctor and doctor advise him to take a hepa- merz injection for 5 days and also gave the syrup of hepa merz to take it 3 times a days Will these medication will normalized the sgpt in next seven days?
