Hi, i m 39yrs old and having 2children age of 8yrs and 5yrs... before the birth of my children i was slim and having only low pressure, my kids are born with 4kg and 5kg, now my stomach is big than earlier, my only concern to reduce my stomach and stay fit. please give me an suggestion.

Hello, Thanks to contact to us. Sad to hear about big stomach. After pregnancy most of the mothers gains a weight, and it is very difficult for most of them to reduce the weight. But if you be punctual about exercise and diet it is very easy to reduce the stomach. If I am your advising doctor I suggest you to wakeup early in the morning, do yoga, go for walking/running. If you are fit for running, running is the best exercise that reduce your weight rapidly. after you loose some weight all of your muscle becomes powerful enough to take the stress of extra exercise.
