General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Diet control and exercises is the key. Make sure that healthy diet should be followed and you should not starve as nutrition is important for the production of breast milk also. Physical exercises like swimming and jogging will be useful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
