How To Reduce Weight And Increase Height?

Hi doctor,
My name is Asim Kumar.I am from Bangladesh.My age is 24 year 8 month and 14 days.My height is 5 feet 5 inches and weight is 75 kg.
Is my height is enough for this weight? I want to increase my height and reduce weight.Can I increase height by hormone injection? Is it possible to reduce weight by lyposuction surgery?
Please help me and give the prescription to solve my problem.

Dear friend, i understand and appreciate your concern.
I wonder you cannot expect too much difference in your height as you are 24+
But still you play games like, basket ball , volley ball, skipping and other jumping exercises , you still might see some difference
Regarding your weight, If you are committed for lifestyle changes, you can reduce weight. first stay away from all the fast / processed / and fried food stuffs .. divide your meal in to 4-5 parts per day whenever you feel hungry.. add more of fiber rich food stuffs like green leafy vegetables, raw fruits.. (not juices), eat very less of carbohydrates (rice) avoid sugar completely.. take Millets and breads prepared out of it like ragi.. ragi is a very good source of calcium too.
do take more of proteins ... like egg white... say no to oils and cholesterol rich food stuffs.
You can take fish (boiled) but chicken (without skin) rarely. based on this you prepare your diet chart and strictly follow it.
Do exercise ,walk at least half an hour to one hour a day ... try and practice yoga and pranayama. Moreover, beet root juice (inorganic nitrate), olive leaves, garlic, termeric, tamarind also have proven benefits. if u can follow these (have to!!) you can definitely see difference yourself .ALL THE BEST
