How To Reduce Weight Gained After Stopping Hydroclorothyzine?

Hi I went off hydroclorothyzine it s been 3 days I am retaining water my doctor said this is normal I went off cause my Bp bottomed out and I felt exhausted my question is is there anything I can do I feel miserable I have gained 7 lbs since I went off of it 3 days ago?

There is no need to seek for special means. AS this was related to the medication, this will slowly regress as the medication has been discontinued. Exercise some patience and all would be okay. However, you may want to intensify dietary measures, regular physical exercise and staying physically active.
