Hypothyroidism decrease the BMR (basal
metabolism rate ) that is the energy you burn during rest. Some of those processes are breathing, blood circulation, controlling body temperature, cell growth, brain and
nerve function, and contraction of muscles. But the key is the portion in diet in order to low carbohydrates and exercise. For excample
Breakfast: one slice of brown bread with one teaspoon of honey, 30 gram cheese or one boiled egg + one slice of brown bread.
before lunch one fruit
lunch: 200 gram fish with 1,5 cup of salad and one slice of bread or 120 gram chicken, 1,5 cup of salad, one slice of bread.
before dinner: 5 pieces of nuts, 1 teaspoon of honey
dinner: 1,5 cup of penne spaghetti with broccoli and mushrooms, or 100 gram chicken with one boiled egg
before bed: one cup of yogurt 2% fat.
