How To Reduce Weight In Hypo Thyroid?

i am suffered from hypo thyroid for the past 1 year. My age now is 42. Am taking thrynorm 100 mcg dialy . But it is difficult for me to lose weight. Also i feel day by day my stomach is becoming large eventhough i am eating less food.What i should do? Also the thyroid test was taken last year in october. How often should i test my thyroid level?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism. It leads to weight gain. You can not control weight gain even after taking thyronorm 100.
It means you still required dosage adjustment.

So you shuold go for T3, T4 and TSH level and adjust the dosage accordingly.

Effect of hormones effects should be measured after 6 weeks. once your dosage has been set then you can go for thyroid testing after 3 months intervals or more.
