General & Family Physician, Dr. Sulochana's Response
Hello, I will not advise you for any kind of surgery or injections for weight loss. I would suggest you to cut you calories and stick on to 2000 calories diet. 163kg is overweight grade 3 and you have to take frequent small meals to control you craving. no junk food and red meat till you reach your target weight. eat more fruits and vegetables. add more fibre rich diet. note down what you eat and maintain a diet chart so that you stick to your diet. avoid all white coloured food :sugar, white flour, cream, butter, cheese, rice. engage yourself with interesting things so that you can divert your mind from food and you health problems.
